2. Hosting
The platform and the websites it publishes are hosted by Espero-Soft Informatiques SRL, à l’adresse de son siège social. The servers processing and storing the data are located within the European Union.

3. Role of the platform
Wobelio is a website building and hosting tool. Websites published through the platform are the sole responsibility of their author, who warrants holding the rights to whatever is put online and answers for the compliance of that website with the law.
With regard to such content, Espero-Soft Informatiques SRL acts as a hosting service provider within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. It exercises no prior editorial control and is under no general obligation to monitor the information it stores.

4. Reporting illegal content
Anyone may report content hosted on the platform that they consider illegal by writing to info@espero-soft.com.
To be actionable, a report must include:
- a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is considered illegal;
- the exact electronic address of the page concerned;
- the name and email address of the person submitting it, except where it concerns an offence referred to in Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU;
- a statement confirming the good faith belief of that person that the information is accurate and complete.
We acknowledge receipt without delay, handle the report in a timely, non-arbitrary and objective manner, and inform its author of the decision taken and of the redress available. Where content is removed or disabled, or an account is suspended, the person concerned receives a statement of reasons and may contest the measure at the same address.
Manifestly unfounded reports submitted repeatedly in bad faith may lead to the temporary suspension of their processing, after prior warning.

The Wobelio trade mark, the platform software, its interface, its website templates, its illustrations and the texts of this website are the property of Espero-Soft Informatiques SRL and are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part and on any medium, without prior written consent is prohibited.
The content you add to your website (text, images, logo, products) remains yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store and deliver it, under the conditions set out in the terms of use.
6. Personal data
