Every application gets a reply, including a negative one. Silence is what candidates resent most, and giving it up costs nothing.
Feedback after the interview
If the company says no, we tell you why. It serves the next application, with us or elsewhere.
Nothing sent without your say-so
Your file only goes to an employer once you have given the green light, by name. Including when your current employer is our client.
Temporary work, in practice
No. The law requires the pay of the role at the user company, bonuses and benefits included. On top of that you receive holiday pay and a year-end bonus calculated on your hours.
