Three things we do not compromise on

Peeled and cut on site every morning. A frozen chip does not survive five minutes in a cone.
The double frying
Once at a low temperature to cook the inside, once hot for the crust. Seven minutes in all.
The beef dripping
The Belgian taste, and the only fat that holds at that temperature. Filtered daily, changed as the volume requires.
What sells most
Takeaway prices, sauce included in the cone.
